Glenn Perimeter Apartments

I waited a few month after moving in to see if the "Luxury living" that's advertised while touring for the first time is not just a facade. And to be honest they delivered. Maurice and Raquel from the leasing office have both been great to work with. Super helpful, quick to answer and followed through with anything they said even MONTHS after I moved in. Maintenance guys have also been super quick to come in, you don't have to call back or submit a request 1000 times like I have seen with other leasing offices. Do it once and they show up right away. The units are nice and the entire building has smart locks. The community is pretty quiet and the amenities are fancy. This place is like a hidden Gem close to the interstate and not far from plazas with restaurants, coffee shops and the hospital.

I wish I could have give a negative rating on this property. It is in best interest for anyone to stay away from this property. When we moved in it was fine, but gradually the house was infested with German roaches, after repeated complaints they didn't take any action, everyday in the apartment was frustrating, no matter how deep cleaning you do or pest control the problem just didn't go away. The management here is the worst, they don't care about the resident's problems, sometimes for pest control we have to raise multiple work orders and they would show up after that. Worst of all they will eventually put the German roach issue on you when you move out even though you have records of work orders showing you complained about it. We had to throw away a couch, a mattress and a chair, since they were severely infested with roaches when we moved in here. This property is the worst 1 year I ever stayed at any place. Worst part after moving out we still carried couple of roaches with us. Yet they had the audacity to put a charge of USD 199 for pest control on our final bill during move out. There are also other problems with this property, one of the elevators is never working, garage door is always broken, the trash situation here is horrible, if you ever had to go to the parking via the trash chute, it will feel like passing out as the smell is so bad. They sometimes will leave it like that for days, without even bothering for the residents. For anyone considering this property, I would suggest better look for other options around Sandy Springs, here its all pretty from outside , from inside its like your worst dream.

I had an amazing time exploring this property alongside Aireonna. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive to all my questions, and made the entire experience seamless. The information she provided was crystal clear, leaving me with a strong sense of confidence. I'm genuinely excited about the prospect of moving here and hope to make it a reality in the near future!

In nearly three years of residence, Maurice has proven to be the epitome of genuine care for the residents. Going above and beyond, he consistently prioritizes safety and ensures prompt maintenance. Without a doubt, I would rate Maurice 5 out of 5. His dedication makes him the shining star at Glenn Perimeter.
